About Us


We offer a wide range of services and levels of care including pre-operative conditioning, subacute and long term outpatient rehabilitation. We focus on resistance training to strengthen and restore physical mobility. We believe in evidence-based, comprehensive care and follow the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines for functional restoration which outlines balance, endurance, neuromuscular, strength training and cardio recommendations.

Our personal trainers provide customized and medically supervised training programs that will lay the path to achieving your goals. We also offer group classes to keep you moving between sessions. 



Recovery is the most important part of any training program. It can reduce pain, help restore muscle and prevent injury. Physica incorporates multiple recovery techniques including: Massage, Cupping, TENS Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound, Phonophoresis, Cryotherapy, Heat, InLine Traction, and Hypervolt Percussion Therapy Guns.
