Service Description

Initial Consultation for new clients. This helps get both the trainer and the client on the same page when setting expectations for the training program and goals for the future. Includes a 1:1 training session, nutrition plan, training plan, and client stats.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If 24-hour notice is not given a cancellation fee will apply. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON.
