Shredd Society is located in Irvine, CA at the home of Physica, Inc. one of OC's premiere Physical Therapy and Chiropractic offices, and offers Personal Training, Group HIIT Classes and personalized Nutrition programs for all ages and levels.

NICK UPTON
Shredd Society Co-Founder
Nick Upton hails from Wales where he grew up on the soccer and rugby fields. His passion for fitness and body building began at an early age and in 2014 he became a Personal Trainer. In 2018, he made his WBFF debut and landed in the top 5 to earn his Pro Card as a Male Fitness Model. He made his Pro Debut on the WBFF World stage in 2021 and he looks forward to competing again at the WBFF World Competition this August in Las Vegas. In addition to Personal Training, Nick holds a BSC in Sports Development and Coaching and is working towards a Masters Degree in Leadership in Sport. Outside of the gym he continues to coach a championship U-14 girls team in San Clemente and looks forward to bringing Shredd Society HIIT Classes to the soccer field so that parents can get a great workout while their kids play!
Nick has been a personal trainer since 2014. He placed top 5 in the most recent European WBFF contest, earning him the title of WBFF PRO Fitness Model Athlete.

NICOLE CASSESSO
Shredd Society Co-Founder
Nicole Cassesso is a Newport Beach native and co-founder and Executive Director of One More Productions. She has produced over 100 award-winning theatrical productions and special events, including co-creating and co-writing the audience favorite, The Holiday Gem. She has received critical acclaim for her work on stage most notably as Alice in Bright Star and the title roles as Violet in Violet, Gypsy Rose Lee/Louise in Gypsy and Patsy Cline in Always Patsy Cline, for which she received 2017 and 2018 Broadway World Nominations. She was also named Best Actress by the OC Tribune for her portrayal of Sally Bowles in Cabaret and was named LA Times “2017 Woman of the Year” for her contributions to theater and the arts. Outside of the theater, Nicole wears many different hats. You can catch her co-hosting Cocktail Hour on The GEM Theater’s YouTube page and working as a speech coach for the extraordinary, Human Rights Foundation. Like Nick, she spent much of her youth on the soccer field and has an incredible passion for fitness. She co-founded Shredd Society in 2021 to help bring together the fitness and theater communities in the hopes of creating an environment that promotes a healthy, active lifestyle both on and off the stage.
Nicole is a lifelong athlete and devoted fitness and nutrition enthusiast. She is a dancer, actor, singer, producer, and Executive Director of One More Productions at The GEM Theater in Garden Grove.
